Stocking progress? Sort of.

Knitpicks finally got their Wool of the Andes color cards in, so I ordered one. Plus a color card for Andean Treasure. Plus some yarn for a turquoise and chocolate brown pair of striped socks. Plus a set of 32 inch circulars in sizes 0, 1, & 2 to play around with magic loop. I can’t wait!

    I don’t think 32″ is long enough for magic loop – but with 2 pair – they work for socks on 2 circulars. I use 40″. 47″ is too long.

    Did you see that Knitpicks has new superwash worsted weight wool in? Yummy looking stuff.

    Glad to hear they’ve got the color cards in. I’m yousuper excited about the heathered colors.

    I also prefer 40″ for magic loop, but I know of several people who like 32″, and I’ve done it with 29″, which really stressed out the cords, but it worked. I tried it with a 60″ once, due to the yarn shop being out of 40″. It was doable, but not worth the hassle.
