Yesterday was eventful. I got a lot done on the sock during playgroup,
and we bought new tires for the front of my truck. Why? Well…. I had a nail in each, and the rubber was cracking on one, and my air pressure was about 10, and the tread was very low.
Oops. I thought they looked kind of funny.
V and I ate lunch at a neighboring restaurant while waiting for the tires.
I came home exhausted and continued knitting on the sock. Now the first leg is done, and I’m working on the second sock’s leg.
And now I’m off to a scrapbook workshop. My first. I’m hoping to get a lot done.

That looks like my favorite kind of restaurant … Mexican food, but they also serve kiddy stuff.
Sorry about the tires. I had to buy three new tires this year, and would really rather have bought yarn with that money.

Hubby had a nail in his tire this morning. Walked into the garage, saw the car leaning, had to change to the spare and drive down to the tire place. For us, fortunately, it was only a nail and could be fixed rather than buying new tires. And then he said: Oh, did you know it’s Friday the 13th today?
Glad you got it fixed though and the lunch looks really yummy. So does the sock.

I got new tires yesterday too, my truck felt like it was wagging its tail, not good…the tread was delaminating.
Great socks! What is the yarn?
And the food looks de-lish!
