I don’t WANT to wake up. I’m exhausted! Ok, fine. But then I’m going to bed. The baseball game was fun. I thought they overdid the knitting puns, like, a lot! Our craft is already fraught with puns, and being thrust into a concentration of them felt, well, quite silly. BUT, it was a good time. I’ll post more about it and our trip to the beach on Monday.
Today, I am simply leaving you with this.
It’s the front of Cable-Eight, and it’s DONE! But if you want to see something REALLY nice, go check out Meg! (Hers is done, too).

It’s so pretty! I love that color, seriously. That is one of my favorite colors of this year. Can’t wait to see it done. I wish I could start mine. I’m starting to think I’m never going to get to it…

Looks great! Wasn’t the game last night funny? I saw the cable 8 last night (I was a couple rows behind you) and thought “I know that piece of knitting!” but since I had only seen it on your blog and don’t know you, it was one of those odd experiences that could only be brought to us through the power of the internet!

I was going to go with Phil – it was a perfect melding of our interests since he loves baseball and I love knitting. Too bad he had to go on a business trip this week. 🙁 I had fun up in B’ham with my family though. Sounds like the game was a riot – hopefully they’ll do it again next year!

I’m sure they will. They sold over 1600 tickets to knitters, and were amazed.
