I know, I know. I need to go back and count out the weeks to figure out what stupid week we’re on. But I haven’t.
So, how was your week? I did ok. Like I said Thursday night (I’m cheating. It’s still Thursday night for me. I’m really in Portland with girlfriends today), I exercised twice, which is what I’d committed to do. And I ate relatively good.
Next week, hmmm, how ’bout cardio twice and calisthenics twice? And eating good.
Sounds good to me.

As far as I can tell, it’s week 19.
And, this week was a wee bit better for me. I’m still eating crap, but a bit less and more veggies. I got out and walked a few times this week and went to my torture, I mean Yoga class on Tuesday. I’m working with my physical therapist to try and loosen up my neck, shoulders and back (oh and hips too) and then doing yoga to try and stretch more and start building some muscle again. It’s so hard to be this out of shape. . .things that are normally easy for me are proving really difficult in yoga. But, with time and patience, it’ll come. Maybe it was the bloating related to, ahem, that time of the month 2 weeks ago, but I’m def. fitting into my jeans better this week. . . that’s always a good thing right?

Yep, looks like week 19 to me too. Aren’t you glad you have people reading your blog who can keep up with this sort of thing for you? Hope you had fun in Portland.
