Woo HOO! HA-lelujah! We’re shaking things up a bit today. First of all, I’ll give my accounting.
I worked 50 minutes on the treadmill every day this week.
Additionally, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday I did weights.
There were PT stretches in there too, but I don’t want to get up and look at the calendar to know exactly when. I intend to do both upper and lower weights today, and perhaps a light treadmill.
I’ve been snacking on lowfat cottage cheese and crushed pineapple this week. Last night, to insure that I made my weight goal for today, I ate steamed broccoli for dinner.
I have FINALLY officially broke the 20 pound mark, and I did it with a bang. Get ready for it…… 221.5! Hooray! Happy day! The plateau is over!
I am curious how it is possible that my jeans are fitting looser, yet my measurements remain the same…. but I’m not complaining today.
Enough about me…. How is it going out there? What are you doing/eating to be healthy?

Gee, It looks like I will be the first to congratulate you, Yay!!!! Although, Your rainbow is getting so bright that I’m going to have to start wearing sunglasses just to read your blog!!!!!!!!
I had another so-so week. I only did two one hour walks this week. Scale is sitting at five pounds lost. And ….yesterday I donated blood again, and now for 2-3 days I will be hungry and tired. Well, at least I’m not gaining! Cottage cheese….YUK! I’m so bored with all the Atkins food around here, that yesterday I started craving a Wendy’s hambuger. Sometimes I just look in the mirror and wonder how that chubby person is me???
It’s so nice to break a plateau….gives you an extra boost of motivation! That’s what I need! My cousin told me that one of our relatives a while back used to say that she knew she was on a diet when she started chugging pancake syrup in secret! I can understand that! My middle son wants me to take cod liver oil daily!! Eating is such a hassle anymore.

Congratulations! This week was better for me, though still nausea and weird foods. I tried to eat a few fruits & vegetables in with all my salty soups and puddings. 🙂

Wednesday, walked 30 mins.

Next week (this week now) I want to do some more Pilates. I want to get to where I’m doing the prenatal Pilates 4 times a week, but right now that seems like a lot. Still getting winded walking up from the laundry room. Duh.
Have a great week!

That’s great, Larissa! I’ve never done Pilates, but I hear it’s fabulous. When I was pregnant with Veronica, I did the Kathy Smith Pregnancy workout video almost every day. I really enjoyed it. The rap song break is cheezy. I always used that time as a water break. Good luck.
