And it was their last one, and they’re backordered from New Zealand, and they don’t yet know what they can do for me, and I won’t hear anything until tomorrow.
And I’m sad.

Laura, I have only commented one time before as a long time lurker. I too am lusting after a Suzie Pro. I am so sorry and disappointed for you. I ordered a wheel a few months ago from NC that also arrived broken. It just sucks!

Oh, I am so sorry to hear that! Can they not replace just that piece? Well, I hope they come up with a good resolution for you. Maybe you should come to spinning tonight to help yourself feel better… Just kidding of course 🙂

OH MAN!!! That totally sucks. I feel your pain. I hope they can send a replacement part for it instead of having to wait for a whole new one from new zealand. Bummer. Total bummer.
