My pink clogs are, as I’ve mentioned before, so dead. I keep changing my mind as to what I want to make their replacements with. So I went to the stash to see if I could scrounge up something from my odds and ends of Lamb’s Pride and this is what I came up with.
I have a skein of Noro + a little from my Shoalwater Shawl (see sidebar) that I was thinking of using as one of the strands in the top, and pairing a light and a dark blue together on the soles and trim. Or, if I run out of the blue before I get to the trim, I’ll use a couple of greens. I think they could look good. Have any of you done or seen a pair of felted clogs with Noro?
I’m feeling a little better this morning. Clark seems to be a little better, and his fever is either much lessened or gone. I’m still VERY tired, though, so I have to force myself to do anything productive.

I finished sock #1. And of course have bought even more yarn. I think I have about 12 skeins at least of koigu. Its so yummy. I can’t wait to start on a project to play with it. I love your daisy scarf, it looks so dainty and delicate.

Hey, I’m glad to hear that you (and Clark) are feeling better. I can’t imagine being sick and then trying to take care of other people who are also sick. How is your back/tailbone/hip feeling this week?

I’ve never seen clogs done with Noro but I think it’s worth a try, especially since you’re using it as more of an accent than the body of the slipper. I like all the yarns together, the colors are pretty.
