Well, despite being sick all week, I did manage to eat well and do physical therapy Monday through Thursday. I didn’t think to do it yesterday until I was in bed and not about to get up again. And then yesterday, I ate a bunch of donut holes right before dinner.
I weighed in this morning at 225.4, or .6, I don’t remember. And I’ve been trying really hard to stay hydrated, so hopefully it’s legit.
I’m very tired of being sick. And now, little Clark finally has a fever. I don’t know why everyone in the house had to get sick One. At. A. Time. We’re approaching week 4 of a sick household. Without a break if I’m not mistaken. And I’m not even better yet.
How was your week?

Other than forgetting it was Saturday, my week was good. I had a doctor’s appointment and lost 6 pounds in the past month. For me, that is monumental. I meet with a nutritionist next week for updates.
That’s good, but it seems that if I develop a routine, I can stick to it. Recently, they are changing my routine every month.
Congrats on the consistent pt this week AND the weight loss!

If you all got sick at once, then you (the mommy) would have to haul your miserable self around to take care of everyone else. At least with them getting sick one at a time, you are through the worst of it before you have to start tending to sick kids. At least that’s how it works in my house.

I’m sorry your family has been sick for so long! Good job on the weight loss – you shouldn’t have donut holes in the house though. Since I do all the shopping, I put a ban on that stuff when I’m dieting. No amount of whining from my kiddos (or my husband) will sway me – but usually they don’t mind eating the healthier food after a while. I just know if it’s in the house, it will be too much of a temptation.
