Health Group- Year 3, week 18

I ate a lot this week, particularly this weekend while my mom is here. I’m going to set a goal to do physical therapy every day this week and eat my protein and fruit shakes for breakfast and lunch. All week. That’s my goal.

    Finally over the cough/hack we got on our trip. Feeling great.
    Abner has a new game. Trying to pull the branches off the cedar and fir trees. They are too big for him to get them but he tries. Such a clown!

    I bought an elliptical on Sunday. I’ve worked out Sunday and Monday (cardio and weights) and my calves are so sore I’m hobbling around. I’ve put the ben-gay on them and am smelling wonderful I’m sure.

    I don’t have a scale since Harrison’s therapist tripped over it and broke it, but the jeans came on easily this AM.
