Good morning. Thank you all for the support yesterday and this morning. I wasn’t too hurt by the malicious comment, mainly because they so obviously had no clue what they were talking about, but it’s always nice to hear that others understand.
Nate was furious.
I’ve been sick with this cold/infection all week, but I think I’m getting better. My energy is returning slowly. I’m still absorbed with the move and all that it entails. We load the truck next Saturday, we’ll live in a vacant house for two days, then we move into the new house.
So let’s hear some Health Group news. How’s it going? Anyone doing anything great?

Sounds like I should have been reading lately; that sucks that someone flamed you. I’m so sorry to hear that. Have you found a good home for Abner? I’ve been keeping my ears open, but no one I know wants a dog. Sounds like the house move is going well…ready set go, right? I’m so happy for you guys; I can’t wait to see the new place.

I managed 90 minutes of my 150 minute weekly exercise goal. Typically, I start strong on Monday but by Friday I don’t want to think about exercise. My best bet may be to try to increase my exercise time to an hour Mon-Thurs.
As much as I hate thinking about food and calories, I’ve got to start making improvements in that area. I checked out a couple books by Joy Bauer, the nutritionist that appears on “The View” a lot. I’ve liked all of her segments so I thought I would see what tips I can glean from her books. I just want to find some eating strategies that I can incorporate into my daily life that won’t involve me being obsessed with food every minute of every day.
