Our family went to the bookstore on Saturday to kill some time before the girls were scheduled to meet up with Grandma for the day. I happened upon a really cool book that has been entertaining me ever since…
Here’s a link. It’s lovely, the projects look fun, and it’s the perfect way for me to pass the time until I get into my lovely new bathroom which has a definite “spa” feel to it. I look forward to making and using yummy smelling bath oils, salts, and soaps.
Nate found a book, too. Silly boy.

Oh. My. Goodness. I cannot let my hubby see the book your Nate found. He’d be out in the backyard right NOW.

Mine too. It’s totally something he would love to have.

I’m going to promptly forget I saw the book your hubby bought. My husband would be lost to the backyard too.

Hey, how are you feeling? 4 to 6 weeks is close. How’s progress on the house? I can’t wait to hear about Nate’s first experiment from the new book.

Hmmm…. No wonder you’re a bit worried about having a boy. 🙂

The Backyard Ballistics book is great. I have a copy and made a couple of things from it. It is so much fun! It makes great science projects for kids. Supervised of course. The potato gun design shoots the furtherest I seen so far. Enjoy!

Definitely getting that Backyard Ballistics for Alex’s birthday. He and my husband can have a ball making that stuff. Thanks for posting it!
